What is Hway?

We are a financial services company centered around the unique needs and mindsets of Hispanics in the U.S. that helps customers with the financial needs and problems specific to our community.

How is Hway different?

We focus on helping you solve real problems like over-spending and under-saving today, so you can prosper tomorrow. We are obsessed with cutting unnecessary fees and inefficiencies in the financial service system, so our customers don’t have to over-pay or be taken advantage of.

Who owns Hway?

We are Hispanic-owned and operated. Our founders are a renowned technologist from Bolivia proven Colombian engineer/entrepreneur, and a Mexican financial whiz who are fed up with the abuses of many financial services companies towards our U.S. Hispanic community.

What type of services will Hway offer?

From debit accounts, sending money to family and friends, paying bills and getting your paycheck earlier, we will have all kinds of neat, useful services and tools that help you manage your money and make it work for you, not the other way around.

Is Hway a Bank?

No. Hway is a company that uses technology to provide financial services at the lowest cost possible to its customers.

Is my money safe with Hway?

Yes, we’ve partnered with Metropolitan Commerce Bank so that our customer accounts are FDIC insured up to $250,000.

When will HWay launch?

The launch of the first version is planned for Q1 2022. We invite you to be part of waitlist and beta tester group and give us your thoughts and ideas of how to make Hway work better for you.

Do I need a social security number to open an account with Hway?

No. A matricula consular or valid US Driver’s License is enough to open an account.

How does Hway decides what services to offer?
